• Do you want to make a change and stay in control of your budget? Construction Made Clear makes it simple. You request the change on your client portal page. We put a value to the change. If you like the value, you can sign it off electronically, and the total cost on your client page will reflect the additional or admitted cost of the change. 

COMPETENCE.

• Michael Cornell MCIOB (Commercial Director) estimates are based on many years of academic experience. Michael has an NVQ7 in construction management, and I am a chartered member of the Chartered Institute of Builders, which is equivalent to a master’s degree in construction management.
• Miguel Ramos (Operations Director) has been in the construction industry for 18 years and has a Site Management Safety Training Scheme SMSTS qualification. He is now working his way through an NVQ6.

ACCOMPLISHMENTS.

2022 FREELANCE CONSTRUCTION/PROJECT MANAGER: we won the LABC Building Excellence Awards 2023. in the Non-residential Conversion category by Babergh and Mid Suffolk Building Control.
As the Construction Manager for Suffolk Country Inns (the client), manage the change of use of a grade 2 listed domestic building next to The Angel Inn into a commercial 5 luxury bed-sit rooms to complement fine dining restaurant The Angel Inn Stoke by Nayland Colchester.
My role as the client’s construction manager was to track and manage the discharging of planning conditions, tender and negotiate to obtain trades, produce schedules, track and manage changes, and manage budgets for final accounts.

As director of CMC Construction Management Ltd, I led pre-construction design, builder-ability consulting with designers, Tracking and programme and mythology to the construction logistically tricky location, and total Project managing the building resourcing and surveying.
